Questions and answers
- When does Foreo run sales?
- Foreo discounts most around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and seasonal events, and the LUNA Play line is often marked down because it is the entry-level model. The current listing shows the LUNA Play Smart 2 at $24.35, 50% off, at FOREO.
- Where is the Foreo LUNA Play cheapest?
- Buying direct from FOREO usually matches or beats third-party prices on the LUNA Play, and the brand's own store carries the full color range. The page's only live deal is the LUNA Play Smart 2 at $24.35 at FOREO, a 50% saving.
- What is the difference between the LUNA Play and the LUNA Play Smart 2?
- The original LUNA Play is a sealed, non-rechargeable device rated for about 100 uses, while the Play Smart 2 is USB-rechargeable and connects to the Foreo app for guided routines. Both use the same soft silicone and T-Sonic pulsation, but the Smart 2 is the better long-term buy.
- Does the Foreo LUNA Play Smart 2 come with a warranty?
- Foreo covers the LUNA Play Smart 2 with a limited warranty, typically two years for the device, and registration through the Foreo app or website is required to claim it. Keep the order confirmation, since proof of purchase from an authorized seller is needed.
- Can I return a Foreo LUNA Play?
- Foreo accepts returns within its stated window on devices bought directly from its store, provided the item is in its original packaging. Because the LUNA Play is a personal-care item, opened units may be excluded, so check the return terms before ordering.
