Questions and answers
- What is the difference between the Nextmug and the Nextmug Plus?
- The Nextmug holds 14 ounces and the Nextmug Plus holds 18. The Plus also runs longer on a charge, roughly 6 to 12 hours depending on the heat setting, against about 3 to 6 hours for the standard mug.
- Does the Nextmug keep coffee hot all day?
- It holds a temperature you pick, from 120 to 145°F, for as long as the battery lasts. It does not brew or boil water, so it keeps heat rather than adding it.
- Is the Nextmug dishwasher safe?
- No. The mug has a battery and heating element built into the base, so it has to be hand washed. The lid is also hand wash only.
- Where is the Nextmug cheapest?
- Nextboom sells both mugs directly, and they also appear at Amazon and other retailers. Prices move with sales, so compare the current price at each store before buying.
- What is Nextboom's return policy?
- Nextboom accepts returns on mugs bought from its own site within 30 days of delivery, and the mug should be clean and in its original packaging. Check the policy at the store you buy from, since Amazon and other retailers set their own terms.
