Questions and answers
- When does Oriental Rug Galaxy run sales?
- There is no fixed sale calendar. Because each rug is one of a kind, discounts appear when a specific piece is marked down, as with the two 9'10" to 9'11" x 14' wool rugs now at 63% to 64% off at Wayfair.
- Where is Oriental Rug Galaxy cheapest?
- Wayfair carries both rugs on this page. The green 9'10" x 14' wool rug is $4,399.99 and the 9'11" x 14' wool rug is $4,499.99, both as of the listing dates shown. Compare the two sizes and colors before choosing, since stock is single-unit.
- What are Oriental Rug Galaxy's best products?
- Its core product is large hand-knotted wool area rugs in room sizes around 10' x 14'. The two pieces here are one-of-a-kind, so the pattern and color you see is the exact rug you get.
- What is the return policy on Oriental Rug Galaxy rugs?
- Returns go through the retailer, here Wayfair, not the brand. Check Wayfair's return window and whether return shipping applies to oversized rugs before you buy, since a 10' x 14' rug is costly to ship back.
