Questions and answers
- When does Outbound gear go on sale?
- Outbound discounts cluster around Walmart rollbacks and Canadian Tire's spring camping event, plus end-of-season clearance in late August and September. There are no live deals on this page right now.
- Where is Outbound cheapest?
- Walmart and Canadian Tire are the main sellers, and prices move between them, so compare both before buying. Canadian Tire's sale cycles tend to produce the lowest prices on tents.
- What is the Outbound QuickCamp 6-Person tent like?
- It is a cabin-style tent with near-vertical walls, a 3-season rating and a rainfly on the bundled version. It suits car camping on a budget; expect heavier fabrics and fewer vents than pricier cabin tents.
- What is Outbound's return policy?
- Returns follow the retailer's policy, not Outbound's: Walmart and Canadian Tire each set their own window and receipt rules. Keep the receipt and check the store's terms before you buy.
