Questions and answers
- When does Sweetli run sales?
- Sweetli discounts tend to appear around major baby events and holiday weekends rather than on a fixed schedule. There are no live deals on this page right now, so check the price history on each bassinet page to see typical sale levels before buying.
- Where is Sweetli cheapest?
- Sweetli sells through several retailers, and the lowest price shifts by model and color. Compare the Nurture and Journey listings side by side, since the 2-in-1 often costs more than the standard Nurture.
- What are Sweetli's best products?
- The Nurture Bassinet is the core model, with mesh sides for airflow and a firm TruBliss mattress. The Journey 2-in-1 adds a conversion mode for use beyond the bassinet stage, which suits parents who want a longer lifespan.
- What is Sweetli's return policy?
- Return windows depend on the retailer you buy from, not on Sweetli directly. Check the specific store's policy before ordering, and keep the original packaging since bassinets are bulky to ship back.
