Are these the same watch?

Yes. Both are Apple Watch Series 12 in 46mm aluminum with GPS, the S11 chip and 64GB storage. The difference is the case finish and the band in the box.

Which is better for workouts?

The cheaper B listing, because you can pair it with a sport band. The Milanese Loop on A is metal mesh and can slip or snag during sweaty sessions.

Is the Milanese Loop worth the extra $59?

A standalone Milanese Loop runs about $99, so A's $449.00 at DataVision as of November 3, 2026 is reasonable if you want that band. If you don't, B at $389.99 at BJ's Wholesale Club saves you money.

Which lasts longer on a charge?

Neither. Both are rated up to 24 hours and up to 38 hours in Low Power Mode, with about 80% charge in 30 minutes on a fast charger.

Does either include cellular?

Both listings say cellular connectivity, but confirm the model at checkout. The GPS-only version is cheaper, and cellular adds a monthly carrier fee.

Which is better for sleep and heart tracking?

Identical. Both run watchOS with sleep score, HRV readings as often as every five minutes, background heart rate every five seconds and blood oxygen readings.
