Which is better for all-day walking?

Both use a Croslite footbed on a 1.3-inch platform, so cushioning is similar. The Patent Flip has far more buyer feedback, and reviewers specifically praise its arch support and comfort over long days.

Both are EVA, which is durable but softens and compresses with heat and heavy use. The Patent Flip's glossy finish hides scuffs better; the glitter finish on the Getaway can wear and shed over time.

Is the glitter Getaway worth it over the Patent Flip?

Only if you want the glitter look. Otherwise the Patent Flip gives you the same platform and footbed with a stronger review record and a wider stated size range.

Do they fit true to size?

The Patent Flip listing notes fit complaints in both directions, snug for some foot shapes and loose for others. Try your usual Crocs size first and size down if you are between sizes.

Can I wear them in water?

EVA handles splashes, but the Patent Flip is labeled not water resistant and neither is a pool shoe. Dry them fully to avoid slipping on the platform.

Which has better arch support?

Both share the Croslite Getaway footbed, so support should be close. The Patent Flip has documented buyer praise for arch support, including from people with flat feet.
