Which is better for a 4-year-old?

Both are rated ages 3 and up and contain the same 24 mini squish toys at about 1.25 inches. The Squishmas door box is easier for a small child to open day by day, and it costs less.

Is the Squishmas calendar worth the savings?

Yes for most shoppers. At $19.80 at eBay versus $24.50 at Velvet Anchor as of November 4, 2026, you save $4.70 and get the same toy count and size, plus a named TPR material.

Which one lasts longer?

The toys are the same size and type in both, so wear is similar. The Advent 24 Days Calendar is listed as reusable across seasons, while the Squishmas box is a one-time door calendar.

Do both end on Christmas?

The Advent 24 Days Calendar counts to Christmas Day. The Squishmas box ends on Squishmas Eve, December 24, so the last door opens the night before Christmas.

Are the toys the same in both?

Both packs hold 24 unique Teenie NeeDoh toys about 1.25 inches tall with varied shapes and textures. The difference is the packaging, not the toy count.

Which has more buying options?

The Advent 24 Days Calendar, with 6 stores listing it new versus 4 for the Squishmas box as of November 4, 2026. More stores means more chances of a lower price later.
