Are these the same phone?

Yes. Both are the Samsung Galaxy S10 with 128GB storage, a 6.1-inch QHD AMOLED screen and 8GB RAM. The difference is the carrier model and condition.

Which works on more carriers?

Product B. The U1 unlocked model works on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and GSM carriers worldwide. Product A is the Verizon single-SIM model.

Is the refurbished one worth it?

If you need an unlocked phone, yes. You get the same hardware plus a 60-day seller warranty, but you give up new-condition status and longer manufacturer coverage.

Which has the better camera?

They share the same hardware: a 12MP wide, 16MP ultra-wide and 12MP 2x telephoto on the back, plus a 10MP front camera. Product A's listing spells out the triple array; B's lists only the 12MP rear.

Does either support 5G?

No. Both are 4G LTE phones with Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC.

Can I expand storage on both?

Yes. Both take a microSD card, up to 512GB on the S10.

Samsung Galaxy S10 SM-G973 128GB Smartphone Unlocked vs Samsung Galaxy S10 128GB 512GB SM-G973U1 All Colors - Unlocked Cell Phones

Both listings are the same phone: the Galaxy S10 with 128GB, a 6.1-inch QHD AMOLED screen, and a Snapdragon 855. The real difference is the listing, not the hardware. Product A is a single-SIM Verizon model in Prism Black; Product B is the U1 unlocked model in White, sold as a refurbished unit with a 60-day seller warranty. Buy B if you want an unlocked phone that works on any carrier and don't mind a refurb; buy A only if you specifically need the Verizon variant.
