About the Lnow Home Gym Workout Station 7-in-1 Smith Machine
The Lnow 7-in-1 Smith Machine is a multi-station home gym that bundles a Smith-style rack, cable pulley system, leg press, rowing, chest press, pull-up bar and a built-in punching bag into about 38 square feet of floor space. The frame uses 1.5mm steel tubing and a 7-strand steel cable pulley system, so it targets lifters who want many exercises from one footprint rather than a single-purpose rack. At $665.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against. That puts it in budget multi-gym territory: cheap for the exercise count, but you should expect assembly time and lighter-gauge steel than a dedicated power rack.
Best forSmall home gyms or garages where floor space is tightBeginners and intermediate lifters wanting one machine for many exercisesBoxing or cardio cross-training on a budgetBuyers who want cable work plus a Smith bar without two purchases
Pros
- Seven training stations in roughly 38 square feet
- 1.5mm steel frame and 7-strand cable described as wear-resistant
- Cable system runs smoothly once adjusted
- Punching bag adds cardio variety
