About the Anybox 118 inch Corduroy U-Shaped Sectional Sofa with Chaise and Ottoman

The Anybox 118-inch Corduroy U-Shaped Sectional is a large modular sofa with a right-facing chaise, an ottoman, and armless pillow-back pieces you can rearrange. It ships vacuum-compressed and needs 48 to 72 hours to expand, with a low 16-inch seat height and 28-inch seat depth for a lounging, cloud-like feel. It is a budget-priced way to fill a big living room, but its 2.3-out-of-5 rating from 7 ratings signals real quality concerns.

    Questions and answers

Is the Anybox 118-inch sectional worth it?
It is a cheap way to get a very large U-shaped sofa, and buyers say it looks as pictured. Expect soft foam and a low back, so it suits casual lounging more than daily support.
How long does it take to expand after delivery?
The vacuum-compressed foam and back cushions need 48 to 72 hours to reach full shape. Give it that time before judging firmness or fit.
Will this sofa work for tall people?
Probably not well. The seat sits about 16 inches high and the backrest is low, and owners say it is too low for a tall family.
    Can I rearrange the pieces?
Yes. The independent modular pieces and ottoman let you change the configuration, though the chaise is right-facing as shipped.
    Does it need assembly?
No assembly is required. Unpack the compressed pieces, place them against a wall for backrest firmness, and let them expand.
    When is it cheapest?
Large sofas like this usually drop during major sales events and clearance. Check the price history before buying rather than assuming the list price is the low.
