Is this set worth it at $129.99?

Does it work on induction cooktops?

Yes. The set is rated for induction, electric and gas, and the listing marks it induction ready.

Is it oven safe, and to what temperature?

Yes, the cookware is oven safe up to 500°F. Check that any lids and utensils you use are also rated for that heat.
