Is the GhostBed Luxe good for side sleepers?

Yes. The soft memory foam top layer cushions shoulders and hips, which suits side sleepers. Back sleepers who prefer a firmer surface may find it too plush.

Does the GhostBed Luxe sleep hot?

It uses a cooling gel memory foam top layer, and owners often say it sleeps cooler than plain memory foam. It is still an all-foam bed, so very hot sleepers may want a breathable cover or a hybrid instead.

How does the Luxe differ from the original GhostBed?

The Luxe is the softer, plusher model with a 14-inch profile and a cooling gel top layer. The original GhostBed is firmer and aimed at sleepers who want more support.

Is $2,099 a good price for a King GhostBed Luxe?

It is the only new price listed, $2,099 at GhostBed as of November 6, 2026, so there is no cheaper new listing to compare against. Watch for seasonal sales, which are when foam mattresses usually drop.

What is the weight limit and warranty?

GhostBed builds the Luxe for standard adult use and pairs it with a long manufacturer warranty; check the current terms at purchase. Heavier sleepers may prefer a firmer or hybrid bed for support.

Does it need a box spring?

No. The all-foam Luxe works on a platform bed, slatted frame or adjustable base. A box spring is optional and mainly adds height.
