Is the Alrocket Air Purifier worth it?

At $35.99 it is a cheap way to add HEPA filtration to a bedroom or office. Expect it to handle one small room, not an open-plan space.

What size room can it clean?

Alrocket rates it for 300 sq ft, and the 150 m³/h CADR supports that for a single room. Larger or open areas will outpace it.

How often do I replace the filter?

The filter is not permanent and needs periodic replacement, typically every several months depending on use. A filter change indicator on the unit tells you when.

How loud is it at night?

Sleep mode is listed as low as 20-28 dB, which is close to a whisper. Higher fan speeds raise noise toward the 55 dB range.

What comes in the box?

The purifier with its cord and plug attached, plus one filter. No spare filter or remote is included.

Does it remove odors and smoke?

The active carbon stage targets odors and smoke, and the HEPA layer catches particles. It has no ionic stage.
