Is $127.99 a good price for this carry-on?

Yes. At $127.99 at Kohl's as of November 6, 2026, it is well below what this model usually sells for, and only 3 stores price it new.

Does it fit in most overhead bins?

Its interior is about 20.5 by 14.2 by 9.5 inches, which fits most major US airline carry-on limits. The 1.5-inch expansion can push it past stricter sizers.

What is the empty weight?

9.5 lbs. That is on the heavy side for a soft-sided carry-on, so check your airline's weight limit before packing.

Is the lock TSA-approved?

Yes. It has a built-in TSA combination lock, so security agents can open and relock it without cutting it.

What is the WetPak pocket for?

It is a lined pocket for damp or dirty items such as a swimsuit or toiletry bag, keeping them separate from clothes.

How much extra room does the expansion give?

About 1.5 inches of depth, enough for a few extra layers or souvenirs on the return trip.
