Movie night on the living room wall, Google TV built in

Questions and answers

Is 500 lumens bright enough for a living room?

Only in a dark or heavily dimmed room. At 500 lumens, daylight and lamps will wash out the image, so plan on curtains or evening use.

Do I need a streaming stick with this projector?

No. Google TV is built in, so you sign in to your apps directly and use the remote. Google Assistant voice search is included.

What resolution does it actually project?

The native resolution is 1920 x 1080, so it is true 1080p rather than a lower panel upscaled.

Can I connect a soundbar or headphones?

Yes, over Bluetooth. That helps because small projector speakers are usually weak.

Is $282 at Macy's a good price?

It is the only new price listed as of November 7, 2026, so there is no recent range to compare it with. Check the price history before buying.

What is in the box?

The listing does not detail the contents. Expect the projector, a remote and a power cable, and confirm with the store before ordering.
