About the Gikpal 50lb 5 in 1 Adjustable Dumbbells, 25lb Set of 2 with Rack

The Gikpal 50lb 5 in 1 Adjustable Dumbbells are a pair of dial-style adjustable dumbbells that go from 5 lb to 25 lb each, with a 50 lb total for the set. The 5 in 1 adjustment covers five weight settings per hand, and the included rack holds both dumbbells between sets. At $129.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, the set sits at the low end of what adjustable pairs in this weight class typically cost.

Pros

  • Quick dial or pin change between exercises
  • Rack included for storage
  • Metal plates rather than plastic shells
  • Low price per pound at $129.99 for the pair
Cons

    Questions and answers

Is the Gikpal 50lb set worth it?
For light to moderate home training, yes. At $129.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, you get two adjustable dumbbells and a rack for less than most single fixed dumbbells cost.
How much weight does each dumbbell hold?
Each dumbbell adjusts up to 25 lb, so the pair totals 50 lb. The five settings start at 5 lb per hand.
    Can I drop these dumbbells?
No. The plates are metal and the adjustment mechanism is not built for drops. Lower them under control, especially on hard floors.
How do they compare with Bowflex or PowerBlock sets?
Those go much heavier and adjust faster, but cost several times more. The Gikpal is the budget pick if 25 lb per hand is enough.
    What comes in the box?
Two adjustable dumbbells and the storage rack. Plates are metal, and the set adjusts across five weight settings per hand.
    When is the price lowest?
Adjustable dumbbells usually dip during Black Friday and January fitness sales. The current $129.99 at Walmart is already near the bottom of this set's typical range.
