About the Gymax 8PCS Rattan Patio Furniture Set

The Gymax 8-piece rattan patio set seats eight with four armchairs, two loveseats and two tables, all in weather-resistant woven rattan with cushions included. The pieces separate so you can arrange them around a patio, pool deck or balcony. At $299.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against — treat that figure as the current benchmark rather than a proven discount.

Pros
  • Seats eight across six seats and two tables
  • Modular pieces rearrange to fit different layouts

Cons

  • Cushions are typically thin and need storing in rain

  • No listed warranty or frame material details

Questions and answers

Is the Gymax 8-piece rattan set worth it?
At $299.99 for eight pieces, it is one of the cheaper ways to seat eight outdoors. Expect budget-grade cushions and a lightweight frame rather than heirloom furniture.
How many people does it actually seat?
Eight, counting the four armchairs and two loveseats. The two tables are surfaces, not seats, so a crowd of eight fills every spot.
Can I leave it outside in the rain?
The rattan is made to handle weather, but bring the cushions inside or cover them during rain and winter. Standing water and sun will wear cushions faster than the weave.
How much assembly is required?
You build six seats and two tables, so plan an afternoon and a second person. Keep the hardware bag labeled by piece to speed it up.
Does it fit a small balcony?
Not all at once. The modular design lets you use a loveseat and chairs on a balcony and store or spread the rest, but the full eight-piece layout needs a large patio.
When is the price lowest?
Outdoor furniture discounts most in late summer and early fall as stores clear stock. $299.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026 is the only new price listed, so watch for end-of-season cuts.
