Is the Alrocket HEPA purifier worth it?

At $22.00 at Poshmark as of November 3, 2026, it is a low-risk way to add HEPA filtration to one small room. Do not expect it to clean a large living space.

How big a room can it really clean?

Alrocket claims up to 350 sq. ft., but a 6.3-inch-wide unit moves little air. Expect useful cleaning in a bedroom or office of roughly 100 to 150 sq. ft.

How often do I replace the filter?

The HEPA filter is not permanent. Plan on a change every three to six months with daily use, sooner in a pet or smoky room.

Is it quiet enough to sleep next to?

Yes. It is rated at 22 dB, and the listing cites a 20 dB sleep mode, which is close to a whisper. Higher speeds are noticeably louder.

Does it produce ozone?

No. It uses HEPA filtration only, with no ionizer, and is listed as ozone free.

When is the price lowest?

The lowest daily price in the recent window was $19.99 on October 30, 2026, against $22.00 now. The gap is small, so waiting saves little.
