About the Macy's Children's Crucifix Cross Pendant Necklace
A children's crucifix pendant necklace from Macy's, sized for kids and sold as a first-faith or baptism gift. It is a small jewelry piece rather than a toy, so the chain length and clasp matter more than the pendant itself for daily wear. At $201.16 at Silver Depot as of November 7, 2026, it is the only new price we have across 3 stores, so there is no recent range to judge it against.

- Child-sized pendant and chain, not an adult piece
