Is the Samsonite Uplift carry-on worth it?

At $127.99 at Kohl's as of November 6, 2026, it is a light polycarbonate carry-on at a mid-range price. It suits short trips and travelers who value low weight; check the wheel reports if you check bags often.

How does the Uplift compare with Samsonite's other hardside spinners?

The Uplift's main difference is the suspension wheel mount and the flush TSA lock, plus a lighter shell than older polycarbonate lines. It does not expand, so packers who need extra room should look at expandable models.

Does the carry-on fit major U.S. airline sizers?

The carry-on is 39 L with a 27 in internal height, which meets most domestic carry-on limits. Some owners still find it tight for longer trips, so measure against your airline's sizer before relying on it.

Does it have a TSA lock and is it built in?

Yes. The TSA-approved lock is fully flush-mounted in the shell, so there is no padlock to lose or snag.

The box contains the carry-on spinner only. Packing cubes and hold-down straps are not included.

When is the Uplift cheapest?

It hit $99.00 on October 29, 2026, against a $160.00 high on October 28. The current $127.99 at Kohl's is closer to the low than the high.
