    Questions and answers

Is this a good price for the Moderno Kids McLaren 765LT?
At $156.99 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, it is at the low end of its recent range. Only three stores list it new, so comparison options are limited.
What age is this ride-on car for?
It suits kids roughly 3 to 6, with a parent remote for younger drivers. Check the seat and weight limits before buying for a taller child.
    How fast does it go?
Top speed is about 3 mph on the 12V battery. That is faster than most 6V cars but still slow enough for a driveway or sidewalk.
Does it come with a remote control?
Yes, a parent remote is included so an adult can steer and stop the car. It is the main reason the car works for kids who cannot drive alone yet.
How long does the battery last?
Expect roughly an hour of mixed driving per charge, less with lights and sounds on. A full charge takes several hours.
    Is it hard to assemble?
Plan on an hour or more. Owners say the instructions are thin and some parts need care to line up.
