Is the HP Essential 17.3" Touchscreen Business Laptop worth it?

If you need a large touchscreen for basic home or office tasks and rarely carry your laptop, it offers good value at $744.99. For sharper visuals or more portability, consider a 15.6-inch 1080p model.

How does it compare to a 15.6-inch laptop?

The 17.3-inch screen gives you more workspace and often a numeric keypad, but the laptop is heavier and its 1600x900 resolution is lower than typical 15.6-inch 1080p panels.

Can the RAM be upgraded?

The laptop comes with 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and the maximum supported is 16GB, so you cannot add more memory later.

What is included in the box?

The box includes the laptop, a power adapter, and documentation. A stylus is not included, though the touchscreen works with a finger.

When is the best time to buy?

Prices fluctuate; the current $744.99 at eBay is among the lowest seen recently. Check price history around major sales events for potential drops.
