Is this set worth it at $103.49?

At $103.49 at JCPenney as of November 7, 2026, it is a low-cost way to get three matching spinner cases. Expect basic ABS durability rather than long-term checked-bag toughness.

What sizes are in the set?

It is a three-piece set covering carry-on and checked sizes. Confirm the exact inch dimensions on the listing before buying, since sizing varies by set.

Does it have a TSA-approved lock?

It has a built-in combination lock, but the specs do not say it is TSA-recognized. If you fly to the US, check that detail before relying on it.

How much extra room does the expansion add?

Each case expands up to 20% in depth, which adds a few days of packing room but makes the case deeper and less stable when full.

Is ABS good for checked luggage?

ABS is lightweight and inexpensive but less impact-resistant than polycarbonate or aluminum. It suits occasional travel better than frequent checked-bag use.

When is the price lowest?

Luggage sets usually dip during back-to-school and holiday sales. Track the price history here to see whether $103.49 is below the usual range.
