Questions and answers

Is the Actbest Cozy worth it for daily commuting?
If your commute mixes rough pavement and you want upright comfort and hill-climbing power, the Cozy fits well. It is heavy and not fast-handling, so riders wanting a light, nimble bike should look elsewhere.
How fast does it go, and is it legal?
Actbest rates it as a Class 3 e-bike at 35+ mph with pedal assist, reached after unlocking the speed limit in the app. Class 3 rules vary by state and often require a helmet and restrict bike paths, so check local law.
What is the real range on a charge?
Actbest claims up to 80 miles with pedal assist, which assumes low assist and flat ground. Expect meaningfully less at high assist or near 35 mph, and the removable 48V 15.6Ah battery can be charged off the bike.
How big is it, and who fits?
It uses 24-inch wheels and a 24-inch frame with a low step-through, which suits many adult riders but is on the smaller side for very tall riders. The 10°–40° adjustable handlebar lets you set an upright posture.
What comes in the box?
The box includes the bike, user manual, two pedals, two keys, open-end wrenches, tools, a Phillips head and a front reflector. You assemble the pedals and front end yourself, and owners say assembly is easy despite average instructions.
When is it cheapest?
E-bike prices swing with seasonal sales and coupon codes, so compare live store prices against the recent price history before buying. No current price was available here to judge today's deal.
