Questions and answers

Is the SoundLink Revolve+ II worth it?
It is a strong pick if you want 360-degree sound, a rugged IP55 body and a handle for carrying. At $299 at Bose as of November 3, you are paying near the top of its recent range, so waiting for a drop is reasonable.
How is it different from the original Revolve+?
The II adds IP55 water and dust resistance and longer battery life of up to 17 hours. Sound and design are largely the same.
How long does the battery last?
Bose rates it at up to 17 hours of play time. Real-world results depend on volume, and loud playback shortens it.
Can I use two for stereo?
Yes. You can pair two Revolve+ II speakers for stereo sound, or link them for wider coverage.
Does it have USB-C?
No. It charges over Micro-USB, which is one of the most common complaints about this model.
What is in the box?
The speaker, a Micro-USB charging cable and a power supply. A carry strap is not included.
