Questions and answers

Is $1,693 a good price for this refrigerator?
It is the best new price among the 6 stores listing it as of November 5, 2026, at US Appliance. Counter-depth side-by-sides with a dispenser often sell for more, so this is a competitive price.
How wide is it, and will it fit my opening?
The listed width of 12 inches is clearly wrong for a 23.5 cu. ft. side-by-side; expect roughly 36 inches wide, 69.9 inches high, and 31.6 inches deep. Measure your opening and check GE's spec sheet before ordering.
Does it really sit flush with counters?
Counter-depth means the body is about cabinet depth, but doors and handles still stick out a few inches. Leave clearance for door swing and the water line.
Does it work with Alexa and Google Assistant?
Yes. It is a smart model with support for both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can use voice commands for connected features.
What is in the box?
The refrigerator, door handles, and installation hardware. A water line for the dispenser and ice maker is usually not included, so check before delivery.
When is it cheapest?
Major-appliance sales around holidays and model-year changeovers tend to bring the lowest prices. Compare the 6 store prices before buying.
Where is the GE 23.5 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth Side-by-Side Refrigerator with LED Light Walls and Extra Tall Dispenser cheapest?
At US Appliance, for $1,693.00, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the GE 23.5 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth Side-by-Side Refrigerator with LED Light Walls and Extra Tall Dispenser?
