Our take on the Gotham Steel 12-Piece Cookware Set

A 12-piece aluminum cookware set with a ceramic nonstick coating that is PFOA-, PFAS- and PTFE-free. It covers the basics: skillet, saucepans, sauté pan, Dutch oven and a 5-quart stock pot, all with lids, and it works on induction, gas and electric stoves and is oven safe to 500 °F. The set is dishwasher safe, though hand washing is the safer habit for any ceramic coating. At $98 at Target as of November 6, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, so this is a good moment to buy.
