Questions and answers

Is this towel set worth buying?
It is a reasonable budget pick if you want a complete six-piece set in cotton that dries quickly. Expect a midweight feel rather than hotel-style plush, and check the 30x54-inch bath towel size against what you currently use.
How does 450-599 GSM compare with other towels?
That range is midweight. Towels under 400 GSM feel light and dry fast; 600 GSM and up feel thicker and plusher but take longer to dry. This set sits in the middle.
What are the exact towel sizes?
Bath towels are 30x54 inches, hand towels are 16x26 inches and washcloths are 12x12 inches. The bath towel is on the smaller side of standard.
How should I wash these towels?
Machine wash them, and avoid fabric softener and dryer sheets, which coat cotton loops and reduce absorbency. Wash new towels once before first use to remove sizing.
What colors does the set come in?
Gray, blue, pink and white, all in a solid ribbed pattern. Each set contains two of each towel type in the same color.
When is the best time to buy?
White sales in January and store-wide home events are the usual times towel sets get marked down. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.
What do buyers say about the Home Expressions 6-pc. Ribbed Solid Bath Towel Set?
Rated 3.5 out of 5 from 102 ratings.
