Is the Pyrex Freshlock set leak-proof?

Pyrex rates the lids leak-proof, and the four locking tabs press the seal down evenly. Keep the tabs fully closed and don't overfill past the rim.

Can the containers go in the microwave and freezer?

Yes. The glass bases are safe in both, and the lids are microwave safe too. Let frozen glass warm slightly before microwaving to avoid thermal shock.

Are the lids dishwasher safe?

Yes, on the top rack only. Heat from a lower rack or a drying cycle can warp the lids and weaken the seal.

How much food does each container hold?

Each round container holds about 4 cups, roughly one or two portions. The set has no divided compartments, so mixed meals go in together.
