Is this bag a legal carry-on for major US airlines?

At 16 inches tall, 13.6 inches wide and 9.25 inches deep, it is well under the common 22 x 14 x 9 inch limit. It should fit most overhead bins and many underseat spaces.

How many days of clothing does 28 L hold?

About one to two nights for most people. Bulky shoes or winter layers will fill it fast, so pack light or use compression cubes.

Does it have spinner wheels?

No. It uses two in-line skate wheels and must be tilted to roll, which is stable but less maneuverable than a four-wheel spinner.

The body is recycled rPET fabric with a polyester lining and reinforced corner protectors. It is softside, so it flexes rather than protecting fragile items like a hard shell.

Is $119.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed as of November 6, 2026, at eBay, so there is no recent range to judge it against. Compare it with other 16-inch softside carry-ons before buying.

One 16-inch upright carry-on. No packing cubes, locks or accessories are included.
