Questions and answers
- When does 509 run sales?
- 509 discounts cluster around seasonal clearance, especially late winter when snowmobile gear is cleared out, and around Black Friday. Deals on carbon helmets are less frequent than on apparel and goggles.
- Where is the cheapest place to buy a 509 helmet?
- Prices vary by store, so compare the same model and size across powersports retailers and 509's own site. Older models like the Mach III Carbon typically sell for less than the current Mach V line.
- What are 509's best-known products?
- The Mach series helmets are the flagship, alongside 509 goggles and snowmobile outerwear. The Mach V Carbon is the top-tier full-face model, and the Mach V Commander adds a peak and visor setup for trail and adventure riding.
- What is 509's return policy?
- Returns go through the store you bought from, so check that store's window and conditions before ordering. Helmets usually must be unworn with tags and original packaging to qualify.
