Questions and answers
- When does Aetrex run sales?
- Aetrex discounts most often around major holidays and at end-of-season clearances, and its outlet section carries past-season styles year-round. Sign up for the email list to hear about markdowns first.
- Where is Aetrex cheapest?
- Aetrex's own outlet and sale pages usually beat full-price retailers, though Amazon and Zappos sometimes match or undercut them on older colors. Compare the exact style and width, since prices vary by size availability.

- The brand is best known for arch-support slippers and clogs built on its Lynco footbeds, plus its standalone orthotics. The Mandy slipper and Libby clog are among its most popular women's styles.

- Aetrex accepts returns of unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and return shipping is free within the US. Items bought from other retailers must go back to that store.
