Questions and answers
- Does Armacost Lighting run sales?
- Armacost sells mainly through lighting distributors and Amazon, and discounts tend to come from those retailers rather than the brand. There is no fixed seasonal sale schedule. Check the store pages for current pricing.
- Where is Armacost Lighting cheapest?
- Prices vary by retailer and by reel length, so compare the same SKU across stores. Amazon and specialty LED retailers often undercut lighting showrooms on RibbonFlex Pro tape. No deals are listed on this page right now.
- What are Armacost's best-known products?
- Its RibbonFlex Pro LED tape, including the 24V COB strips, plus matching 24V drivers and dimmers. The COB versions give a continuous, dot-free light line. The tunable white tape lets you shift between warm and cool white.
- What is the difference between the two RibbonFlex Pro strips on this page?
- One is an outdoor-rated 24V COB strip built for wet or exposed locations. The other is a 24V tunable white COB strip for indoor use where you want adjustable color temperature. Both need a 24V driver, sold separately.
- What is Armacost's return policy?
- Returns go through the retailer you bought from, not Armacost directly. Amazon purchases follow Amazon's return window; distributor purchases follow that distributor's terms. Confirm the policy before ordering cut-to-length or installed tape.
