Questions and answers
- When does Biddeford go on sale?
- Biddeford discounts cluster around Black Friday, winter clearance in January and February, and end-of-season bedding events at retailers. Prices on heated blankets and mattress pads also drop when a retailer clears last year's colors.
- Where is Biddeford cheapest?
- Big-box and warehouse retailers usually undercut department stores on the standard heated blanket and mattress pad. Compare the same size and model across stores, since Biddeford uses different model numbers for near-identical products.
- What are Biddeford's best products?
- The heated blanket and the heated mattress pad are its core products. The mattress pad puts heat under your back and is the more common pick; the blanket suits couches and reading chairs. Both come in multiple sizes, including queen and king.
- What is Biddeford's return policy?
- Returns go through the retailer you bought from, not Biddeford directly, so the window and terms depend on that store. Keep the receipt and original packaging, since heated bedding is often excluded from extended holiday return periods.
