Questions and answers
- Does Blizzard run sales on its gear store?
- Blizzard has run seasonal promotions on its gear store, often around BlizzCon and the winter holidays. Discounts are usually announced on the store itself rather than kept year-round.
- Where is the cheapest place to buy Blizzard collectibles?
- The Blizzard gear store is the official source, but third-party retailers and resellers sometimes list older statues and books lower. Compare the same item across stores, since out-of-print pieces like the Illidan statue can cost more secondhand.
- What are Blizzard's best-known products?
- Its games include World of Warcraft, Diablo, StarCraft, Overwatch and Hearthstone. On the merchandise side, the Warcraft Chronicle books and character statues are among the most collected items.
- What is Blizzard's return policy?
- Blizzard's gear store accepts returns on most unused merchandise within a set window, typically 30 days, with some exclusions for digital codes and opened collectibles. Check the current policy on the store before ordering.
