Questions and answers
- When does ChocZero run sales?
- ChocZero discounts most often around major holidays and on its own site, and it also lists multi-bottle bundles that lower the per-bottle cost. There are no active deals on this page right now.
- Where is ChocZero cheapest?
- Buying direct from ChocZero usually beats Amazon on multi-bottle bundles, while Amazon is often cheaper for a single bottle once shipping is counted. Compare the per-ounce price, since bottle sizes differ between the two.
- What are ChocZero's best products?
- Its chocolate squares and bark are the most widely bought items, and the sugar-free syrups are popular for coffee and cocktails. The syrups use monk fruit and soluble fiber rather than sugar alcohols like maltitol.
- Does ChocZero accept returns?
- ChocZero handles returns through its own customer service for orders placed on its site, and Amazon's standard return window applies to Amazon orders. Check the policy at purchase, since food items are often restricted.
