Questions and answers
- When does Colmi run sales?
- Colmi discounts mostly cluster around shopping events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and 11.11, plus periodic price cuts on its own store and AliExpress listings. Outside those windows, prices tend to sit flat, so waiting for an event is usually the cheaper route.
- Where is Colmi cheapest?
- Colmi's own site and its AliExpress store are typically the lowest, since the brand sells direct with little markup. Amazon and local resellers charge more but offer faster shipping and easier returns. Compare the landed price including shipping before buying.
- What are Colmi's best-known products?
- The R02 and R03 smart rings are its most discussed items: cheap trackers for sleep, heart rate and steps that undercut Oura by a wide margin. The i28 Ultra is a budget smartwatch with a large display and basic health tracking. Expect basic sensors, not medical-grade accuracy.
- What is Colmi's return policy?
- Returns depend on where you buy. Colmi's direct store and AliExpress follow their own dispute windows, often 15 to 30 days, while Amazon and local resellers apply their standard policies. Check the seller's terms before ordering, since warranty service from Shenzhen can mean shipping costs.
- Do Colmi rings need a subscription?
- No. Colmi's app is free and the rings do not require a monthly plan, unlike Oura. The trade-off is a simpler app and less detailed analytics.
