When does Concord Bikes go on sale?

Concord is a mass-retail brand, so discounts tend to follow retailer clearance cycles and end-of-season bike sales rather than a brand-run event. Watch late summer and holiday sales at the stores that carry it.

Where is Concord cheapest?

Big-box and online mass retailers usually undercut bike shops on Concord models. Compare the same model across those stores, since pricing varies by retailer and by week.

What are Concord's best-known bikes?

The cruiser line, such as the Pacifica 26 in, and the 700C Envoy fixie are its common commuter and leisure models. The 27.5 in Step-Thru Electric Bike is its entry-level e-bike option.

What is Concord's return policy?

Returns are handled by the retailer that sold the bike, not by Concord directly. Check that store's window and whether assembled bikes must be returned in-store.
