Questions and answers
- When does DD Audio run sales?
- DD Audio sells mainly through authorized dealers, and discounts usually come from those dealers rather than the brand itself. Holiday and Black Friday promotions are the most common times to see markdowns. Check back on this page for live deals as they appear.
- Where is DD Audio cheapest?
- Prices are set by authorized dealers, so the lowest price varies by seller and shipping. Compare quotes from several authorized dealers before buying. Avoid unauthorized sellers, since DD Audio's warranty covers products bought through authorized channels.
- What are DD Audio's best-known products?
- DD Audio is best known for its subwoofers, including the 600 and 800 series F lines and the higher-output M and Z series. The 608F-D2 is an 8-inch dual 2-ohm model, and the 812F-D1 is a 12-inch subwoofer. Both are built for car audio bass systems.
- What is DD Audio's return policy?
- Returns are handled by the dealer you buy from, not by DD Audio directly. Ask the seller for its return window and restocking terms before ordering. Keep the original packaging, since subwoofers are heavy and often need it for returns.
- Does DD Audio's warranty apply to secondhand purchases?
- DD Audio's warranty applies to products bought from authorized dealers, and it does not transfer to used gear bought elsewhere. Keep your receipt from an authorized seller. Check the specific warranty terms for the model before you buy.
