Questions and answers
- When does Dragonhawk run sales?
- Dragonhawk discounts most often around major shopping events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and back-to-school periods. There are no active deals on this page right now, so check back around those dates for markdowns on kits and pens.
- Where is Dragonhawk cheapest?
- Prices vary by retailer, and kits usually cost less per item than buying the pen and battery separately. Compare the listed price at each store on this page before buying, since the same pen model can differ by $20 or more between sellers.
- What are Dragonhawk's best products?
- The Mast Tour rotary pen is the most widely used Dragonhawk machine, a cordless pen-style rotary with a built-in battery. The L3 Wireless Kit bundles a pen with batteries and a charger, which suits artists who want a backup power setup.
- What is Dragonhawk's return policy?
- Return terms depend on the store you buy from, not on Dragonhawk itself, so check the seller's policy before ordering. Opened tattoo equipment is often excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, so confirm the pen works before first use.
- Are Dragonhawk pens good for beginners?
- They are a common entry point because of the low price and simple pen-style grip. Build quality and battery life are below premium rotary brands, so expect to replace them sooner under heavy use.
