Questions and answers
- When does Elama go on sale?
- Elama discounts mostly follow retailer promotions rather than a brand-wide schedule. Watch for markdowns around back-to-school, Black Friday and January white sales, when dinnerware is commonly cut.
- Where is Elama cheapest?
- Prices vary by retailer, and no deal is live on this page right now. Compare the Gia set listings across stores before buying, since the same 24-piece set is often priced differently.
- What is Elama best known for?
- Its Gia stoneware dinnerware sets, which pack service for eight into 24 pieces. The Velvet Slim hangers are a smaller line aimed at saving closet space.
- Are Elama Gia dishes dishwasher and microwave safe?
- The Gia stoneware sets are typically listed as dishwasher and microwave safe. Check the specific set's packaging, since care instructions can differ between finishes.
- What is the return policy on Elama products?
- Returns are handled by the store you bought from, not by Elama. Keep the receipt and check that retailer's window, which is commonly 30 to 90 days.
