Questions and answers
- When does Erayak run sales?
- Erayak discounts tend to cluster around spring and early summer, when RV and storm-season demand picks up, and again around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Off-season winter listings are often the cheapest outside those windows.
- Where is Erayak cheapest?
- Prices vary by retailer, so compare the same model across listings before buying. The dual-fuel unit usually costs more than the gas-only 4500P, and the gap between stores can exceed the gap between models.
- What are Erayak's best-known products?
- Its dual-fuel inverter generator, which runs on gasoline or propane, and the 4500P 4500W gas portable inverter for RV use. Both use inverter output for cleaner power that suits electronics and RV appliances.
- What is Erayak's return policy?
- Returns are handled by the retailer you buy from, not by Erayak directly, so the window and restocking terms depend on the store. Generators are heavy, so check who pays return shipping and whether a fuel-used unit can be returned at all.
- Do Erayak generators come with a warranty?
- Erayak typically offers a limited warranty of about one to two years on its generators, covering defects rather than wear items. Keep the purchase receipt, since warranty claims usually require proof of purchase and the serial number.
