Questions and answers
- Does Erica Synths run sales?
- Erica Synths does not run frequent sitewide sales. Discounts mostly appear as dealer promotions and bundle pricing on kits, so compare authorized retailers before buying.
- Where is Erica Synths gear cheapest?
- Prices are usually close across authorized dealers because of MAP pricing. The savings come from bundles, B-stock and used units, and EU buyers can avoid import duty by buying within the EU.
- What is Erica Synths best known for?
- The Black Series modules, especially the Black Wavetable VCO and Black Hole DSP, plus the Pērkons HD-01 and LXR-02 drum machines. The DIY kits and the Fusion series are also widely used.
- What is the return policy on Erica Synths products?
- Returns depend on the store, not Erica Synths. Check the dealer's window and whether opened modules count as used before ordering.
- Is the LXR-02 the same as the Sonic Potions LXR?
- No. The LXR-02 is a collaboration between Erica Synths and Sonic Potions, rebuilt as a standalone desktop unit with a metal case, six voices and per-voice sequencer tracks.
