Questions and answers

When does Evolur run sales?
Evolur discounts cluster around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Amazon Prime Day, with smaller markdowns during baby events in spring. Bassinets also drop when a model is discontinued or a color is cleared out. Check the price history on each product page to see whether a current price is above or below its usual level.
Where is Evolur cheapest?
Amazon and Walmart usually trade the lowest price on Evolur bassinets, and Buy Buy Baby matches during its storewide sales. Warehouse clubs and third-party marketplace sellers can undercut them but may not honor the manufacturer warranty. Compare the delivered price, not the list price.
Which Evolur bassinet is best?
The Stellar is the most versatile: it converts to a bedside sleeper with a drop side for night feeding. The Lullaby Portable has wheels and folds for travel between rooms. The Cozy Dreamer is the simplest and usually the least expensive of the three.
What is Evolur's return policy?
Returns go through the retailer you bought from, not Evolur directly. Amazon allows 30 days on baby gear in new condition; Walmart and Buy Buy Baby have their own windows, often 90 days. Keep the box and all parts, since opened bassinets may be refused or charged a fee.
Are Evolur bassinets safe for overnight sleep?
Evolur bassinets are marketed for infant sleep and meet the CPSC bassinet standard, but check the weight limit and assembly for each model. Use the included mattress only, with no added padding or blankets. Stop using it once your baby can roll over or sits up.
