Questions and answers
- When does FORIOUS run sales?
- FORIOUS discounts cluster around Amazon Prime Day in July and Black Friday in November, plus occasional coupon clips on its Amazon listings. Outside those windows, prices on its faucets and toilets tend to hold steady.
- Where is FORIOUS cheapest?
- Amazon is usually the lowest price for FORIOUS fixtures because of coupon stacking and free Prime shipping. Check the brand's own site for closeout colors, which sometimes undercut Amazon.
- What are FORIOUS's best products?
- Its widespread two-handle bathroom faucets, like the Celestine, are the most reviewed items, offered in matte black and brushed nickel with cUPC-certified cartridges. The one-piece dual-flush toilet is the other main seller, aimed at small bathrooms.
- What is FORIOUS's return policy?
- Returns go through the retailer you bought from, so Amazon purchases follow Amazon's 30-day window. FORIOUS covers defects like leaks or faulty flush valves under its limited warranty, typically one year on faucet finishes and parts.
