Questions and answers
- When does Harry & David run sales?
- Harry & David discounts most heavily around major gift holidays, especially Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter and Mother's Day. Off-season sales are smaller and often limited to clearance or multi-item bundles.
- Where is Harry & David cheapest?
- Buying directly from Harry & David is usually the baseline price, and warehouse clubs or mass retailers sometimes undercut it on standard boxes like Moose Munch. Compare per-ounce prices, since gift baskets vary widely in size.
- What is Harry & David best known for?
- Its Royal Riviera pears and gift baskets built around them, plus Moose Munch popcorn and boxed chocolate assortments. The fruit is the signature item; most other products are add-ons to baskets.
- What is Harry & David's return policy?
- Harry & David guarantees its products and will replace or refund items that arrive damaged or unsatisfactory, typically with a call to customer service. Perishable food generally cannot be returned, so refunds are the usual resolution.
