Questions and answers
- When does Integra run sales?
- Integra does not run public sales on a fixed schedule; its gear sells mostly through authorized custom installers and specialty dealers. Discounts usually appear when a dealer clears older models, as with the DTR-7.1 at SpenCertified.
- Where is Integra cheapest?
- Prices vary by dealer, so compare across authorized sellers before buying. The DTR-7.1 is $499.99 at SpenCertified as of November 3, 38% off.
- What is the DTR-7.1 known for?
- It is a THX Select certified 7.1-channel receiver with Dolby Digital and DTS decoding, component video switching and multiroom outputs. It dates from the early 2000s, so it lacks HDMI and modern room correction.
- Does Integra have a warranty?
- Integra receivers typically carry a multi-year manufacturer warranty when bought from an authorized dealer. Check that the seller is authorized, since third-party listings may not qualify.
- What is Integra's return policy?
- Returns are handled by the dealer, not Integra, so the terms depend on where you buy. Confirm the return window with SpenCertified before ordering the DTR-7.1.
