Questions and answers
- When does Jim Shore release new figurines?
- Heartwood Creek pieces arrive in waves through the year, with the heaviest launches in late summer and fall ahead of the holidays. Dated Santa figures like the 2026 "Jolly Deliveries" piece are typically released the year printed on them.
- Where is Jim Shore cheapest?
- Prices vary by retailer, and Hallmark exclusives are only sold through Hallmark. Compare the same piece across gift shops and collectible stores, since older Heartwood Creek figurines are often discounted once a new year's lineup ships.
- What are Jim Shore's best-known pieces?
- Santa figurines are the core of the line, along with angels, snowmen, and Disney and Peanuts collaborations. The Pint Sized Santa with Toy Bag is a smaller-scale Santa for shelves or desks.
- What is Jim Shore's return policy?
- Returns are set by the individual store, not by Jim Shore. Check the seller's policy before buying, and keep the packaging, since collectors value original boxes.
