When does JYX run sales?

JYX discounts cluster around Black Friday, Prime Day and back-to-school season, mostly on Amazon and Walmart. There is no standing sale schedule, so check price history before buying.

Where is JYX cheapest?

Amazon and Walmart usually undercut JYX's own site, and third-party marketplace sellers can go lower on older models like the T37-T. Compare the same model number, since JYX reuses names across versions.

What are JYX's best products?

The party speakers with RGB lights and the karaoke machine bundles are the most popular. Buyers pick them for loud output and mic inputs at low prices, not for audiophile sound quality.

What is JYX's return policy?

Returns follow the retailer's policy, not JYX's: Amazon gives 30 days, Walmart 90. JYX's own warranty is typically 12 months and requires contacting its support with proof of purchase.
